Sponsorship Opportunities

All sponsors will be recognized in News Herald Thank You ad, on Festival of Trees website, in all event printed materials, and on our social media platforms, along with the following benefits:

Torchbearer Presenting Sponsor – $5,000 Includes 2 tables (20 guests’ admissions), named 23rd Annual Festival of Trees Presenting Sponsor, multiple special mentions on microphone, company bio in event program, and presenting sponsor social media post.

Magic Moments Live Auction Sponsor – $3,000 Includes 1 table (10 guests’ admissions), named 23rd Annual Festival of Trees Presenting Sponsor of Live Auction, special mention by announcer, name appears with decorated trees and live auction items, and in premier sponsor social media post.

Dessert Dash Presenting Sponsor – $3,000 Includes 1table (10 guests’ admissions), named Presenting Sponsor of Dessert Dash, special thank you during Dessert Dash event by announcer, and name appears on dessert table. 

Wine Tree Presenting Sponsor – $2,000 Includes 6 admissions, named Presenting Sponsor of the amazing Wine Tree, special thank you during Wine Tree Live Auction and Raffle drawing, and name appears by wine tree. 

Match-Maker Sponsor – $1,500 Includes 4 admissions and a special mention by announcer.  Be a Match-Maker for Festival of Trees and help create more mentoring matches.

Helping Hand Sponsor – $500 Help make it all possible! Social media premier sponsor on all social media and listed in all event materials.

Tree Sponsor – $150 Help cover the cost of a tree!  Name listed in all event materials.

Sponsor Our Mentors! – $150 - $1,500 Help us thank our mentors by inviting them to attend the gala.  Sponsors cover the cost of admissions ($150 each, couple $300, Table of 10 $1,500)

We need auction baskets, products & services, gourmet desserts, tree decorators, tree donations, and bottles of wine.

Promote you organization or business in front of over 250 guests and hundreds of digital Torchlight followers,
